There's a few on here who've done this. I would be interested to know too.

I know Mike (Spikey Mike) has fitted the JCW kit last year so you could pm him.

If you go on the OEM Bmw parts site this shows you the fixing points, when i removed mine there are fixing under the car 5 in total, 2 fixings on the upper section, 4 no under plastic trims on arches, you have to remove 1 fixing each on the wheel linings, oh dont forget uplug your lights. I would say its a two handed job and should take about 1 hour to remove and re fit if you can easily get under car if not allow for 4 hours in total.
I recomened having a nice big soft sheet with you so not to damage bumper when removed.

1. open the bonnt
2. take off front grill (4 plugs and 3 or 4 clips on the bottom)
3. take off wheen arches (i just pulled mine off, not sure how your meant to do it)
4. there are some screws in the wheel arches. you can either take your wheels off or leave them on and use a screwdriver head to get these out.
5. undo screws each side of the care, where the wheel arches were
6. undo the screws behind where the grille was. (im pretty sure they are all T20 torx)
7. slide the bumper off and unplug the wires connected to the side/fog lights.
thumbs up

I Did indeed fit A JCW Kit taking off the bumper is not that hard just a long process the advice above is all good just take your time.

Also Andy took Max's (wicz) bumper off and I know he changed his for an "S" one
