 Poly bushes

Hi. I am thinking of replacing some of my worn bushes with poly ones. I'm sure that quite a few others have done this and just wondered which ones people thought were best to replace, hat hold I replace them with, and how easier job is it to replace them please?

I done front ones before,toke the whole day tho.thay are a pig to do,so if you can get someone to do the I would,,,,,,
