Not loving it yet.... Doesn't look enough like a Mini for me.

Looks like a Range Rover Evoke,, so for me you might as well get one of those

Exactly as above - it's the first time I have seen MINI blatantly copy a market trend from another manufacturer. Evoke wannabe without the status or capabilities. If I was going to spend £35K on that I would be much better off spending £40k on an ex demo Evoke decent spec.

Wasn't the BMW X6 out before the Evoke?

What I read about the Evoke you could be in a hire car a lot Wink

Land Rover reliability is slated constantly, and from experience things really aren't that bad in the majority of cases.

The X6 was out before the Evoque, but where the Evoque will work off road and in snow, the X6 won't. The interior quality of the Evoque is also far superior.

That said, everyone knows if you're going 4x4 the only one to have is the Range Rover.

I'd agree with you James but just how many "4x4's" ever go off road?

Very few regardless of what Marques!

Ours ventures onto the drive, oh and it's been down a slightly muddy track once or twice to collect the Christmas tree.... Although we tend to avoid getting it muddy, it doesn't understand the concept of work!

I am lost - the X6 looks nothing like the Evoque? Looks more like a Juke lol The Paceman has that tiny parallelogram rear window slant the Evoque has. But don't take my word for it - I showed Katie the Paceman pic and she said 'They've ripped off the Evoque". So that's the word on the don't-care-about-cars street Wink

If it's a grower, its most definitely a dwarf conifer.
