Nice car if they can get it to work fully, makes me want one, has 3 way coilovers fitted and Quaife sequential gear box also it looks like they have extended the front end by 100mm to aid cooling and crash damage. All yours for 32k plus vat plus fee to enter.

Entry fee, team fee, controlled fuel charge, controlled tyre charge etc - it's not going to be a cheap day out (trust me), you could very easily get to over £60k a year without trying too hard if you include the car in the costs.

Is this the final thing? I know the original they put forward failed scrutineering on some minor areas, so hopefully that's all fixed now Very Happy

Interesting how much it's going to cost ... some friends of mine did the first year of the John Cooper Challenge (as it was then called) back in 2002. I seem to remember the cost of the season, on top of the purchase price of the car, was around £5k.

It's a LOT more than that now Wink

Entry fees alone are probably more than that from memory, then there's all of the other costs inc. team and repairs.
