Hi Guys

I thought it was my eyes but my dash lights are fading and then coming back bright on there own Sad they don't go off completly just dim Shocked

This is in daylight, I have the satnav option so the lights I mean are fuel gauge lights and OBD in rev counter I haven't noticed at night but haven't really been anywhere at night for a while Rolling Eyes

Anyone else had this problem Question Exclamation

I first noticed this a while back but now it's doing it most of the time It's like been in a disco yahoo yahoo

Mine does this too
I could be wrong but i think they are supposed to!
If you go into a shadier area the dash lights dim, so as not to 'dazzle' you
The same thing happens with some phones and aftermarket satnavs.
It seems tho the mini one has a bit of a delay on it
but im pretty sure thats what it is

Right, this is because they're connected to a light sensor. this is normal.

it's on the rev counter dial - that little circle (i think it's on the left)
you can change the brightness manually using the push button on the left side of the rev counter.
