Booked Mickey in for 4th June for an inspection 2....thats the earliest date they could do...shame it was not sooner! He said I would need to drop it off in the morning and leave it with them for a day....shame I couldnt just wait....but at least they will have plenty of time to do a good job/have a good look at it |

| ITS BACK!!!!!!!!! I have NEVER had such GOOD customer service in my life!! Dropped it off and the guy had a good chat to me about MINIs and said what he was going to do and was extremely friendly. He then said he would call me when its ready..he did! in the meantime I popped home had lunch then it was nearly ready. It had its inspection 2, they stamped the book as well. The car came back sparkling! and I can notice the difference in the feel of the car and they have done something to the alloys to make them steer better as they feel normal again! I did have to check it was my car when I was in it as it felt so good! Highly recommend Coopers Thames Ditton! |

Highly recommend Coopers Thames Ditton! Good stuff! With regard to your wheels they probably just rebalanced them. Worth while move with all these pot holes and bad roads at the mo! |

| Taking my MINI into Cooper Thames Ditton on Tuesday because the traction control failure warning message keeps coming up. They have always been really good in the past, however I am not quite sure what they are going to make of all my modifications.... Thought about reversing some, but I have done rather mod wise so would take a fair amount of time/effort/money, so will just see what happens. If they screw me about they won't be getting a third order for a fully specced MINI out of me when the Coupe comes out |

| I think that this is where Paul takes his MINI and his is obviously very modified, and they are fine about them. Will keep my fingers crossed for you. |

| Well there was a slightly modded MINI up for sale on the forecourt there and they do have all them fast BMWs! Im still amazed at how easy it all was, hassle free and im so happy about now the car feels to drive and sounds to drive now, really smooth - dont know what they did but it worked! They did tell me I should get some new wipers! So I better do that tomorrow |

| Just picked my car, they claim to have fixed the problem, but will need a day or two of testing to be sure They didn't bat an eyelid at the mods I had done Can't fault the service, except for one thing - They had to reprogram the car, which wiped out my custom re-map from P-Torque, so I am running at only 200bhp now Should be able to get it re-mapped again, just need to find the time to make the trip back up to the Midlands! |

| Good to hear Chris. Am thinking of trying them next time out as Vines have been pretty poor at actually letting me know my car is ready, to the point whereas its touch and go I can get there before closing. |
