| Ummmm, could be a connection in the mirror or where is connects in the door I guess. As for cost, I think the motor is part of the main black plastic unit, which isn't actually that expensive, the glass and cap are the priciest bits if I remember rightly.  |

| if it comes down to replacing parts them you may find it cheaper to buy the whole mirror unit from a breakers yard. http://www.minimatt.co.uk/ That website is quite good but you may need to call if it comes to that. Hope you get it fixed. |

| Your most likely looking at just a loose connection so if it is it should be just a case of popping the wire back in. |

| First step is to determine if it's the motor burnt out, this could be the case as you said it was moving slowly but then it could be an obstuction. Does the glass move manually ok? Yes it could also be a loose wire, not sure why it would come off though. Hope you get it sorted ok

| i have had the same prob before on a nother car that i had,and all i did was removed the glass and spryed some wd40 in the wires etc and worked fine after that but dont know if it will work with yours but well worth a go before you buy a new one,,,,hope it heps if it dont sorry |
