Hi all

I dont know if any of you ever venture down to my neck of the woods but I thought I'd mention my local dealership, Snows MINI.

They are a nightmare for after sales service. They have tried to make me have work done that I have now found out is totally unecessary as well as generally give bad service.

My advice regarding Snows is DON'T!!!!!!

Had run ins with them aswell. Dont try scotthall either. There work is pretty shoddy and there car wash wrecks your paint.

They look after me and i would say they were pretty dam helpful, couldn't fault them.

Suppose it depends who you see??

I thought they were alright down there - I always take my MINI there to have work done, service, MOT etc...

Never have had a problem with them - Andy down there is a friendly guy and knows us and our MINI's well there....

I have bought both my MINI's from them, Yes I have had a few issues but they have quickly sorted out the problems. I have my MOT, servicing and work done there. I agree Andy is very helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble for him.

This is another big up for Andy I had problems in the past , boy did i have problems in the past.
Tried Chandlers! (sorry 118 Ian) bunch of sharks, rude, you get the picture, wont go there again.

Why oh why aren't you South Coast dwellers heading down to Sussex Road and Race? Quality service, great expertise, friendly, helpful and superb value! The best mini/MINI service in the south!

I 2nd ^^^^ Alice is there at the mo having her Turbo re-build, nothing is too much trouble for Kev, he is always friendly and happy to hand out advice, a genuinly nice fella

For the couple of times I've been down to Snows for parts, they always seem helpful, and Andy is great! Always happy to chat and answer questions!

But, have just had some work done on my new Mini by Kevin at Sussex Road & Race, another fantastic job, will definitely visit again.

And that where it ends, Snows are just robbing b******s, who to me now don't seem too give a s**t.

After 11 years they have had the last bit of money out of me.

They have kept there fire all hush hush over the past year, just to keep the customers coming in, but there service has just gone down hill not just now but earlier in the year too.

Rant over, just be aware people.

A well kept secret, New Year's Eve last year car cault fire in there workshop and burnt it out.

Haha... I went down there to look at 2 minis just before christmas... rang ahead.... all good. I get there and neither car is on site and is being prepped. They won't allow me to look at them!

I left and will never return!

I rang about one a year ago, a really arse of a salesman.

So rude! Ignorant, I never went or contacted them again all on a £30k car...
