| I was just surfing around on north american motoring and found out that mini have released an alpine kit for the r56. This is what is on the Mini Website . "The 3-way system consists of a class-D amplifier with a 2 x 100W output. Specially designed bass, mid-range and treble speakers have an aluminum speakers have an aluminum membrane for clear, transparent and detailed sound." May be they have finally caught on the the standard system is so crap and decided to offer more options. | yeah i may pop into mini on the weekend to see how much this kit is for supply and fitting. Should a laugh to see there ridiculous price  |

| Not sure if this is the same thing as you mean, but I know someone who's selling this... He's not had it that long as not had the car a year! Alpine Sound System - Supplied from MINI (AMP, Speakers, Tweeter etc) |
