Easy done as a low torque figure and some people are rather hamfisted Shocked

I've just had mine back from 1320.

Again, great bunch of guys and really helpful. Car is fighting fit again after a complete supercharger failure on the M25 lol.

I've been looking into putting a smaller pulley wheel on my S but after speaking to Minispeed at Byfleet and 1320 I am not sure about it. Both have said that if you have a smaller pulley wheel put on you need an remap as the smaller pullley causes issues with the ECU and can put the car into limp mode.
Has anyone had this happen after having this done??

When I went to 1320 thay didn't say that to me,thay said if I had 15% pulley I would not need to remap etc, don't know about the other sizes,

You definatly do not need a remap for just a smaller pulley fitted , only when you start putting cam , injectors etc do you need a remap . I ran with a 15% pulley for 9 months with no remapp without issues and know of many of others with reduced pulley and no Remapp that have had no issues although I would recommend uprating your intercooler because of the extra heat generated .

Yup the intercooler is a must especially if you got 17% or smaller and probably some colder spark plugs too. 1320 sell the ones you want on their website. NGKs I believe.

Oh and seconded... You don't need a map for just the pulley.

Thanks for the info. I was thinking of going for 1320's performance package 2 with a 15 pulley. I cant see anything on their website about a larger intercooler, but I presume it is something that they do?? Anybody know a rough cost??

With a 15% pulley you can get away without an uprated intercooler but if you can afford one then i personally would fit one .

Keep an eye on the forums.
Second hand GRS intercoolers or the Works GP ones will do the trick.
I paid £290 for my GRS but new they're about 400 odd I think.
Depends whether you're happy with second hand parts or not tbh Smile
If you're changing the pulley ask 1320 to check the oil in your supercharger too, because it will be working harder and I've seen what happens first hand when there is no oil in them lol Smile
