I'd imagine it'll get a lot of the rubbish off yes, but I wouldn't say its essential. As long as you've kept the car waxed and clean over the last 6 months, not parking it under a tree regularly I'd say a good polish (both quality material and quality workmanship!) followed by wax should be fine.

Ordered and tried some of this. I have a reddish car so the red/purple streaks were hard to see. But moreover, I will not be using it again. I feel that something so toxic (the ammonia smell is over powering and feels the room) can't be good long term for the surfaces it's applied to.  Just my opinion and others will disagree Neutral

I haven't used any fall out products on my JCW and I haven't used any Carpro products so can't help there, sorry.

When TK Tom detailed my Wife's cooper, he used a Waxtec Fallout on it, but only on the wheels and the back.

If it was me I'd possibly wait till it gets a little warmer to do the full works (wash, clay, polish, wax etc) on them. I did mine a couple of weeks ago (minus the clay) and it took ages as the cold and damp were effecting the wax.

For better advice it maybe worth a quick call to TK Tom and get his opinion
