| Right just been reading through Modern Mini and after seeing the DIY speaker instructions i am thinking about giving it a try at some point. Have any of you guys done and speaker upgrades? And brand recommendation/what to avoid? |

| I didn't do it but i have JBL Speakers in my car sound alright, will be better when my sub and amp are all wired in hehe |

| Yeah i cant really get a sub or amp as i use my boot almost every weekend so cant afford to loose the space. |

| Yeah i couldn't afford that when specing my new car so had to make do with the standard system  . I was thinking about having it put in but it would be so much cheaper to go aftermarket! |

| The rear speakers in the R57are SO bad that I have now had to fade all sound to the front only  You must have a listen at the next pub meet/run Dave |

| Yeah it looks it but its actually so easy. I managed to get it off in under an hour and a half so was pretty pleased with that! |
