Hi,
Does anybody have CCTV set up in their cars??
I have long wanted to set up a forward and backwards facing camera that record to hard disk,,, thought being in case of insurance claims...
Not sure there is anything out there small enough / cheap enough

you might be able to get somthing imported from the states. I know some of them use them over there

We have systems on our trucks at work... But the cameras are mahoosive...
I am sure I have seen small systems that can be wired in, and that auto start and stop with the car ignition.

You can get small ones which record to an SD card. I think most offer the option to constantly record, but then if a crash is detected the footage is saved going back X number of seconds.
No idea if they are any good or not though! Unfortunately I can't remember the site where I saw them for sale either :/ But they do exist!
