My present insurer allows me to change wheels for the same size etc but any performance mods then the policy would be cancelled.....

Mine is a specialist broker.

My JCW back box incurred the admin fee but nothing more, but my remap did cause a raise, albeit a small one. However that was negated when it came to the renewal as it came down to less than the previous year.

I'm with Elephant as a lot of insurers seem to have an issue with an upgraded intercooler!

The Sport CAT, lowered suspension and Re-Map didn't raise eyebrows but an Intercooler; lots of breathing through teeth!!! affraid

We're with Greenlight - the premium went down with mods with them than what we were paying as standard car with other insurers ! scratch
