| I'm getting to the stage where I need to order some car shampoo to keep the JCW looking good. There are soooo many out there that I thought I'd check in with everyone to see what they are using and their thoughts on the relative performance of it. I'm currently using a Britemax ph neutral one, which is pretty good and smells nice. Thinking of moving on to something like Swissvax car bath, but could be persuaded otherwise. |

| I'm currently using Auto Finesse Avalanche snow foam - it's better than the rubbish I got from Halfords, but it doesn't seem to 'cling' to the car like the videos I've seen on YouTube - but it does get the car very clean in a 'no-touch' fashion I ordered from http://www.polishedbliss.co.uk/ they were keenly priced and used a decent courier! |

| Thanks. I have Autobrite magifoam (recommended by TK Tom) which I will use in conjunction with a citrus cleanse as a pre-cleaner, once my new pressure washer arrives that is, before I actually wash the car. So I need a shampoo to compliment that. My wife thinks I'm becoming obsessed with keeping it clean and shiny.......she maybe right!!! If you cant get your snow foam to cling/foam, it may be down to either the concentration that you are using or even the snowfoam lance itself that you are using. |

How do you find the CG stuff to use, I've heard a lot of conflicting reports? I've recently bought some CG Blacklite and V7 hybrid sealant, but the weather hasn't been good enough to use them yet. |

| Whatever they put in carwashes nowadays If I'm feeling energetic, sometimes use Zymol (greenyblue one) and that's pretty good. |

I think it's the actual lance, rather than the liquid - just been doing some research, looks like a lance is in order - the one I currently use is part of the pressure washer I bought |

Thanks I've had a look and like the sound of it as I want one without a wax in it as I think it'll interfere with the other other products that I use. Cheaper than the Swissvax I have been looking at too |

Nope nor am I, but getting a little sucked into this whole detailing thing. But I do really enjoy cleaning the cars that I have and I want to use the best products I can. But at the same time I dont want to buy something just because it has a designer label. |
