I cleaned Chewie yesterday too, he hadn't been done in a month

you think thats bad, i clean my rims with wet and dry thats what you call caked on brake dust.

Looking good. Mine is in the bodyshop having the door repaired and hasn't been washed for nearly 2 weeks. So it'll be done at the weekend when I get it back.

I've told them not to. I prefer to do it myself. I've seen how bodyshops and dealers wash the cars and it sends shivers down my spine thinking about it.

I've seen it enough never want to experience it.

I keep my car too swirl free for those wash meisters

If you don't want the dealer to wash it, as well as telling them, I'd also stick a note to the steering wheel. Often valeters don't see the job cards, and when it's busy, they'll wash the car before it goes in for service, so the technicians haven't read the special instructions. They'll just go in the service key cupboard themselves and work through the cars present...

Today I cleaned it.  Again.  More than likely the last clean it'll get this year as December is busy!

Took mine to the car wash at Easistore. Lazy..........

I've taken a few cars to those guys before - I think they do a really decent job for a hand wash place and reasonable too
