Passenger door window squeaks when the glass if lowered or raised.

It's not the rubbers, it's inside the door somewhere.

I know how to get the door card off, is it easy to get to the glass beyond that?

Will be the regulator that is causing it. Unfortunately it is very unlikely to be fixed by oiling or greasing. It will require a new regulator

Not the nicest of jobs really, take a lot longer to do than you would think. Last one we did was around £250 inc so at a dealer I would expect to pay about £350 ish.

This worked for me & haven't squealed since

Pull off the chrome window strip from the wing mirror end

Rinse the felt section under water & allow to dry

If you look into the inside of the door nearer the wing mirror you see a cog with wire wrapped around it this is your window regulatr spray the cog with either wd40 or oil spray & allow to run into door cavity. Allow to penetrate for a couple of mins b4 opening & closing the window a few times Untill squel stops. Have a rag handy to wipe excess of your window for a few uses
