I have recently purchased my mini and was very disappointed with the quality of the sound system.
After some googling, and the help of this great forum, I took on the channel swap challenge, and wanted to share my the information that I used.

This literally is a 30 minute job, and saves spending £50 on the loom from NMS. The improvement in sound quality is amazing. I now have bass!!!!!
