Yep Mike don't know if they are just fed up with me, or have just turned a new leaf since the new owners came on board, but it was the best I have had so far! Just been looking over the car looks like the air filter wasn't changed! Must check wether this is relevant for a first service? Also TLC vouchers not detatched and no stamp on it or the service book! Hmmm!

Doesn't seem to be any indication for AF replacement certainly all work was listed in detail, Air filter not mentioned! I assume that it is conditional as per the TLC documents! So am not gonna beat anyone up over this! MINI - Barons Aftersales - Ash Vale - Page 5 Icon_lol

Ha! Surely this Barons of Farnborough from an identical but better dealership dimension! Just shows some get great service and some don't! I suppose it depends what day it is in the week you drop in?

Anyway if you dont want to read it Basicaly it is BMW saying we are being open with our Dealer ratings so after Derek Woodman and Wollaston (TM Site Sponsors) got Good Scores I thought to myself I will go Check out Barons Farnborough 4.5 out of 5 for Service What a load of Drivel where do they get these results from do they actually ask real customers
