| Forgot to say, while I was parking down the end carpark a member of their staff charged upto the road and thundered over the speed humps I asked Lynn if it was a customers car & she thought it was one of their own, does that make it OK It was a MINI Clubman If I see them doing that in mine I'll go blastic |

Where else is there to go Sytners in Ascot are Rubbish Marty had an "Experience" @ Vines in Guildford I guess we have to find one that gives the least C**p roll on when the Warranty is up at least there are specialists who care |

| Took the GP to Barons Ash in Aug last year to have 2 new bolts put onto the rear spolier as the old ones were rusty,as this was a quick warranty job (should have been 30 mins top's) my wife and I waited in the reception area , we saw the GP go past the window heading towards the workshop and all we could here was my GP being rev'ed and rev'ed - was getting slightly aynoyed at this point but avised by the Wife to keep quiet. After bout 20 mins my wife saw the GP come past the window towards the front of the building , thinking that it had been done and being parked up, to my amazement the GP took off down the road and came back 20 mins later, I spoke to the service manager and asked why my vehicle had been out on such a long test drive for 2 bolts on the rear spoiler and his reply was that he likes all the tec's to go out on a 5 mile test drive no matter what repairs have been done . When i got back into the vehicle to drive away (my fuel range before it went on the long test drive was on about 312 ) the fuel range had gone down to 220 !!!!!and Service manger said that his staff have a different driving style to mine- I also asked why the GP had to be rev'ed up so much -his reply was to get it onto the ramps !! Never been back since. |

| I cannot believe what I'm reading here it's awful, was thinking of joining the club but not now. I know this is little compensation but there is a fantastic Mini dealership that and I use. I got Oscar from them, the Sales guy was a bit of a knob but the service team are A+++++. Dan got Clyde there in March too. George (Service Manager) is like a mate now now and loves to see what we have done with the boys, he is such a great bloke, They are exceptionally good with the cars, always prompt and courteous, nothing ever seems too much trouble. One of the main mechanics Will (looks a bit geeky) but knows his stuff and they are all really passionate about Mini's. Not once had any issues, they always try to give us discount too. Cooper Reading, Bath Road is the place to go, but I know it's a bit too far for all of you guys. |

| Ooh that's a shame Andy, but if you need anything done you can always go to Cooper Reading it doesn't have to be the same dealership. When Dan had his first Mini it came from somewhere else, but he went to Cooper Reading for everything after that. George is your guy to talk to, just say Caz and Dan recommended him. |

I would take it somewhere else but the problem is im still not old enough to be given a courtesy car. So if i take it to reading i either have to wait their for the car to be done (which could be inconvinient if its over night ) or have to get mum and dad to drive aswell. |

| i think its mainly down to professionalisum and customer care. i think that if a customer has a complaint or a problem with there car then if it can be fixed it should be and then should be checked out fully to insure there are no other problems to follow.i personaly like to prepare in advance so that if a customer is booked in then everything ie loan car, parts and so on are all in place. A HAPPY CUSTOMER IS A REPEAT CUSTOMER AND MAY BRING NEW CUSTOMERS |

| i think a lot of companies are all about sales and not aftersales. once you pay for your car they dont want to know you. i am glad the staff at work are all mini lovers and put a lot of pride and care into the cars. trouble is untill you need service you never know how good or bad it is so its a gamble for the customer |
