Hi guys, Mum had this warning light come up on her countryman today, recently the battery light has also come up? Does anyone know what the error is? I’ve looked it up and slight confused first I thought it was brake pads or handbrake but scrolled further down and it looks as though it’s electronic failure. Going to have a look when I get home but just wondered if anyone else had these come up before and knew categorically what they were?

Is it possible to upload photos from my phone? I’ve never tried and haven’t uploaded photos on here for about 4 years so can’t remember!

I wouldn't like to guess, give Will at shout at TWG, he is really helpful. Lights can mean so many things, I would ring as he doesn't come on here very often. _________________ "Life's too short not to!!"

Hello! Have a look in your diagnostics section in the vehicles status menu, as there's usually a little explanation of the issue and could help you understand. Often the battery losing charge can cause some "faults" to show up, which are usually dealt with the by the battery being returned to normal charge/replacement. Is there anything in the status menu for the battery discharge?

Sorry, forgot to add. If the brake pads are indeed worn as the light combo indicates, it'll flash a message in the diagnostic menu. George,

I seem to remember one of the battery terminals has a sensor inbuilt and and only needs half a volt decrease to throw a wobbly .. _________________ "Life's too short not to!!"

I think you're right on that one! Left mine for a couple of months with no battery conditioner, threw up three errors until I jumped the car. Suddenly all gone and nothing to be seen when I plugged it in. My own silly fault on that one!
