i bought my mini bout a year and abit ago now from cooper tadworth. emma was very helpful and sorted alot of thing out to get it ready in time.. she even got it ready a few days earlier too! she was very friendly and explained things thoroughly 10/10
.. as for problems my clutch and flywheel were making strange noises but all got sorted under warranty and is all fine.. the only thing i can fault it that they left all my indicators unplugged for some reason? dont know why but apart from that the whole mini buying experience was nice and easy all thanks to emma!! top banana

Bit far out(ish)

I dropped my MINI off for a coolant change at Snows MINI Portsmouth, they did a nice job for me, very quick, left it there for the day but called me up shortly after and it had been done.

This was in the badish snow weather so expected it to take longer! They gave it a quick valet, very good prices I was surprised.

Courtesy call later to make sure everything was ok

Well as I have said before that COOPER READING are the best dealership I've had no problems they took care of my car and got it fix with no hassle and they gave me a courtesy car while my car was being repaired I cannot fault them 10/10

Everyone seems very positive about Cooper Reading. I'll file that away if I ever need something done!
