| Morning all, I have been meaning to post feedback on my JCW purchase from Park Lane - but it had slipped my mind till this week.... Must say it was one of the easiest transactions I have ever done – from my point of view I got the P/X value I wanted and paid not a penny more than I had set myself for the JCW… so you have to be happy with that As part of the deal I requested a one of the external pillar trims was replaced as it had a mark. They said no problem but had to order the part in, but as I did not want to wait we agreed I would pop in next time I was up town (once the part arrived). They actually did far better than that – once the part was in the Sales guy (Matt) drove one of their fitters to my work (Windsor area) saving me the trip (and congestion charge). So all in all they get a big up from me…. |

| They've been good everytime ive dealt with them too, although reception can be a bit dithery! Their aftersales (parts and service) department are much easier to get hold of than understaffed Hexagons! |

Yes "THE LONDON JOB" that was a great night/ morning/ breakfast. It was my first event with the club and would be good to do something like this again. |

| was still very hard keeping in convoy even at that time of night and you dare not jump the lights to keep in convoy too many cameras and lots of people got caught out by the specs cameras when crossing tower bridge! |
